Location of parking for Ulverston Canal

Parking at Canal Head

There are a few parks on the first straight just after the first basin at Canal Head (1), alternately there is parking in the cattlemarket car park (2) adjacent to the first basin.

Parking at Canal Foot

There are places to park near to the canal at Canal Foot, you may park near the Bay Horse pub (3) or down the road back into Ulverston along by the cottages next to the Bay Horse pub, alternately you can park directly at the bottom of the canal (4). Please examine the map to see parking places near to Ulverston Canal.

Don't forget, if there's more than one fishing you can always drive to your peg, drop off your fishing gear and go and park the car in one of the allotted places.
